Dress Code Policy

The dress code policy is designed to maintain an atmosphere consistent with the tradition of golf. All golfers must adhere to the following:

Tank tops, t-shirts, cut-offs, sweat pants, athletic shorts, swim tops and bottoms, tennis shorts, distressed or ripped jeans are not permitted. Golf specific t-shirts, non-collared shirts, shorts and blouses are considered appropriate attire.

The Belmont Golf Club is a non-metal spike facility. Barefoot, open-backed sandals and ‘flip-flops’ are not permitted. Athletic shoes and golf specific sandals are considered appropriate golf footwear.

Rain Check Policy

Belmont Golf Club will issue prorated rain checks based on the number of un-played holes. Rain checks never expire and are valid towards future rounds. Rain checks will only be issued in the event of inclement weather.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased through our online store as well as at our Clubhouse.

Lightning Warning Policy

Players will be warned by our Thor Guard lightning prediction system, which sounds (1) one prolonged blast of the horns, located on the Clubhouse and the course. This signal indicates that lightning is imminent and play should be suspended. Golfers should leave their respective holes and return to the clubhouse.

Resumption of play is signaled by (3) three five-second blasts of the horn. It is the policy of the Belmont Golf Club that check-ins and range bucket sales will also be suspended until the Lightning Warning is lifted.
