We are excited to begin our major course improvement project for the 2025 season. We will be installing a new, state-of-the-art irrigation system across our entire golf course. This significant investment demonstrates our commitment to providing the best possible playing experience for our guests.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Improved playing conditions: The new system will provide superior and more uniform watering across the course. This will result in healthier turf, consistent fairways, and pristine greens.
- Enhanced sustainability: The updated technology will allow us to conserve water more efficiently, reducing waste and our environmental impact.
- Temporary disruption: The project will involve trenching to lay new pipes, which will cause some temporary ground disturbance. We will make every effort to minimize disruption to play.
- Minimal impact on play: We are working closely with our contractor to phase the project to keep as many holes open as possible throughout the construction period. If holes need to be closed, a discounted rate will be applied to all green fees. We will communicate which holes may be impacted in our regular course updates.
- Restoration: Following the installation of the new system, we will restore all affected areas. The ground will settle, and the grass will grow back quickly, with the result being a healthier, more beautiful course.
CONSTRUCTION TIMELINE
- Start date: End of October through the end of 2025
- Anticipated completion: Winter 2025
